November 16, 2003, DAY #19

Everyone is dying to find out what my lab results are, I guess. It looks like the doctor's diagnosis was correct. The late lab draw yesterday indicated that everything was normal. Today, my creatinine dropped to 1.1. The doctor was very pleased. All of the other blood numbers were in the normal range. No problems!! Not much else happening today. I am having a pleasant, relaxing Sunday.
On the Medical Front, the doctor has discontinued the TPN and the Acyclovir. He replaced the TPN with saline, and today he reduced the amount of saline I am getting. He said that tomorrow he would put me on oral Cyclosporine. That is the final hurdle for getting out of here! The blood counts below show normal variation within the normal range for WBC and PLT. RBC and HBC continue to trend upward slowly.
