Friends,
I spent most of the day at the hospital today. My potassium was low, so they gave me 6 units. Each unit takes an hour. Kind of a long day. I got some sleep, and had some visitors, so it was a fun day anyway. Menchie and I have been sleeping a lot at home. Kind of catching up from the last month in the hospital, I think.
We are still waiting for the results of the Bone Marrow Biopsy. I hope we get the results soon. My brother Bob is scheduled to arrive Wednesday to begin the process of harvesting his stem cells. It will be fun to have him here for a week or so.
I still have a rash from some antibiotic reaction, I guess. It is very itchy. My hands and feet are still peeling from the first bout of rashes. I have the world's ugliest hands, I think.
I have lab results from yesterday and today. Platelets are coming up nicely. I guess I need more spinach for my HGB.
